Basic Cous Cous
Ingredients 1 cup cous cous 1 cup chicken broth 1/2 medium onion 1 tbsp butter salt & pepper Directions Melt the butter in medium saucepan on medium heat. When butter is done foaming, sauté the onions until soft, then turn up the heat to medium-high and add the cous cous.
